Prof. Panos Merkouris speaking at the ELSA Summer School Investment Law
On 24 August 2018, Prof. Panos Merkouris delivered a presentation at the ELSA Summer School on Investment Law on “Interpretation of Customary Rules of International Investment Law”. The summer school brought together academics and practitioners in a series of lectures and workshops intended to give the participants an overview of cutting-edge issues in international investment law.
Prof. Merkouris’ presentation was based on his research in the context of the TRICI-Law project, which has received funding from the European Research Council (ERC) under the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme (grant agreement No759728).
