Health and Technology Law
Health and technology law: a unique combination of studies
This cutting-edge LLM combines health law and technology law. Both fields of law address important sectors of society. You will receive a thorough training in both areas of law and you will learn to address questions that arise in these separate fields as well as those arising on the interface of both. Such as: can the use of technology in healthcare reduce health inequalities? This LLM makes you highly qualified for the labour market.
Health law and technology law cut across international, European and domestic law. As such you will learn to navigate various dimensions of the law, and learn how to apply it. Whether it concerns the regulation of the patient-doctor-relationship, the regulation of tobacco or drugs, or the use of technologies in the health field or beyond.
