Brief course description:
The last 25 years the public sector has experimented with new forms of management. The aim of New Public Management (NMP) is to make the public sector more efficient. In a comparative analysis the history, background, functioning, results and moral implications of modern public management, will be discussed. Special attention will be giving to the digitalization within the public sector, and the organizational consequences facing this challenge.

Teaching method: Lectures.

Assessment: Written exam (essay questions).
