Brief course description:
Students will have the tools and knowledge necessary to understand and advise on procedural aspects of EU law, and examine critically in the light of the literature and the case-law the development of judicial protection at EU level, as well as to examine the impact of EU law on national legal remedies and procedures; they will understand the difficulties and techniques of ensuring effective judicial protection, in the context of legal practice.
Teaching method: Lectures.
Assessment: Written exam (essay questions).
