Study Marketing and Information Systems in Groningen and Münster to understand how marketing analytics and information systems can deliver more effective marketing strategies.

Our two-year Double Degree Master (DDM) Marketing and Information Systems gives students a unique opportunity to learn innovative strategic marketing theory and data analysis techniques so they can design and implement research-based strategies.

To take part in this programme, you need to study MSc Marketing: Marketing Analytics and Data Science (MADS) in Groningen initially, during which you can apply to study at Universität Münster in Germany.

To be eligible for admission to this Double Degree Master's programme, you need to follow the MSc Marketing: Marketing Analytics and Data Science (MADS). After the first semester, you can apply for the second Master's in Münster. Selection will take place based on grades and motivation.

Open to MSc Marketing: Marketing Analytics and Data Science (MADS) students with an average grade of at least 7.2.

You cannot directly apply for admission to this Double Degree programme as such. Instead, you will first have to enrol in the MSc in Marketing - Marketing Analytics and Data Science (MADS). After the first semester, you can apply for the add-on year in Münster.

This is only open to students of the Marketing Analytics and Data Science (MADS) profile of the MSc in Marketing who have an average mark of at least 7.2. Selection will take place based on marks and motivation.

Registration procedure

You can only apply for this double degree programme after you successfully completed the first semester of the MSc Marketing: Marketing Analytics and Data Science profile. The first step is to apply for the MSc in Marketing. Students have to first apply via Studielink and then the Progress Portal of the University of Groningen. After you apply for the programme of your choice, the Admissions Office will evaluate your educational background and assess your eligibility. Your application will be assessed on an individual basis. More information on how to apply. After having completed the first semester, you will need to still go through a selection procedure to be admitted to the second year at our double degree partner university.
