Diversions on Zernikelaan | Photos of construction work
On various locations on the Zernike Campus Groningen we are working hard on the project Upgrade Zernikelaan. At the Bernoulliborg, the Duisenberg pond, the Zernikeplein and on the north side towards KVI Cart, contractor Oosterhof Holman is carrying out work. This also results in some road closures and diversions for bicycle and bus traffic.

Diversion bus route on Zernike
Until 29 May the bus route between Blauwborgje and the bus junction is blocked. The bus from Groningen runs via Blauwborgje to the bus junction and from Reitdiep straight on to the bus junction. The bus stops at the Bernoulliborg / Kapteynborg and on the Zernikeplein are closed.
Bicycle traffic diversion bus lane
During this period, the cycle path next to the bus lane, near the Duisenberg pond, is also blocked. Cyclists are diverted via Blauwborgje and the Paddepoelsterweg.
Construction at Zernikeplein
On the Zernikeplein various activities take place for the laying of cables and pipelines. There are several small diversions, but all buildings are accessible.
