Who we are strongly depends on who we are with. Interaction with others, whether at work, with neighbors, or in a club, partly shapes how we see ourselves and how we are perceived by others. We investigate, among other things, how to promote effective collaboration, what is needed for a healthy work environment, and how to achieve a balance between work and personal life.
