New podcast about leadership in uncertain times by Janka Stoker and Harry Garretsen

Currently, we globally face crisis upon crisis. In uncertain times, good leaders make all the difference. Leaders tend to take drastic measures and exercise control, especially at the start of a crisis. But in the long run, this crisis reflex does not work, professors Janka Stoker and Harry Garretsen state in their new book ‘Goede leiders in onzekere tijden’ (Good leaders in uncertain times) that was published in October. Now there is a podcast to match: ‘Leiderschap in onzekere tijden’ (Leadership in uncertain times).
The (Dutch-language) podcast, a coproduction with Diepduik Media, discusses leadership in relation to current events. Insightful and down-to-earth, Stoker and Garretsen discuss the behavior of bosses, managers, CEO’s and politicians with host Edwin Mooibroek.
The first episode is online now. In it, Stoker, Garretsen and Mooibroek talk about the power of employees in the current tight labor market and the leadership of Elon Musk, among other things.
