University of Groningen Business School and Altuïtion launch new Customer Experience Management course
The University of Groningen Business School (UGBS) and the Customer Insights Center of the university (RUGCIC) launch the Customer Experience Management course in collaboration with consultancy firm Altuïtion. Within this 6-day course (in Dutch), professionals get the opportunity to gain insight into customer experience strategies at an academic level, with the aim of gaining a better understanding of customer experience, customer satisfaction and loyalty.
At a time when high-quality products and services are taken for granted and consumers become increasingly demanding, it is vital for organisations to live up to their brand promise and thereby attract customers. The importance of an optimal customer experience is greater than ever, especially since customer experience is seen as an important predictor of customer satisfaction. Marketers, salesrepresentatives and CX managers are eagerly looking for techniques and strategies to be of added value and constantly surprise their customers, in order to achieve customer loyalty.
