Contact information & walk-in hours
Email us for a 30 minute appointment (see contact information student advisors below for the email adress of your program). Formulate your reason for an appointment as clearly as possible and include your S-number. Send your mail from your student UG account, otherwise it may end up in our SPAM folders.
We ask you to email us first with the topic you want to discuss so we can determine if an appointment is really necessary or you are better helped another way.
Walk-in consultation hours: these are for short, practical questions (no appointment needed). Scan the QR code below for times. The QR code leads you to our live calendar which will also reflect any last-minute updates, changes or extra hours.

Walk-in consultation hour
The walk-in consultation hours are for quick questions and a student advisor only has up to 10 minutes for your meeting. Do you think you need more time? You could make an appointment with the student advisor of your specific program by emailing them. Sometimes, during a walk-in consultation, the student advisor might decide to make an appointment for a longer meeting with you, if it turns out you need more time. You don't need to make an appointment for a walk-in hour.
Walk-in hours might change or be cancelled due to circumstances. Always scan the QR code for our live calendar for up-to-date times and changes.
The Student Support Desk can also help you with many practical questions: Student Support Desk online.
