Support

The DIY studio is designed so that you can record knowledge clips without assistance from AV Services. However, we can imagine that you may sometimes need some form of support. The following parties offer this, depending on your needs.

AVServices

AVServices manages the studio and is the first point of contact for questions regarding the operation of the equipment in the studio. AVServices provides:

  1. conducting an intake interview;
  2. USB sticks for storing the recorded video;
  3. instruction about the use of the studio;
  4. booking the studio.

Centre for Learning Innovation and Quality (CLIQ)

You can turn to CLIQ (Faculty of Arts) for questions about the use of video in education (for example in your Nestor courses). Contact CLIQ when you:

  • want to know the possibilities of video in education
  • want help with creating a script / storyboard
  • want feedback on your slides or (test) recording

CIT Team Educational Innovation and Research

You can call upon the help of educational experts of CIT in redesigning your courses and use knowledge clips. These experts can also guide you in designing your videos. You can receive support with:

  • Writing scripts / storyboards;
  • Improve your slides;
  • Educational innovation, such as the implementation of the Flipped Classroom model.
  • Effective integration of knowledge clips in the general course design
