Create knowledge clips

Knowledge clips are short videos, usually no longer than 3 to 4 minutes, that are used in education. A simple 'Do-It-Yourself-Studio' has been set up for recording such videos in the Harmonie building. In this studio one can record a knowledge clip without support. The moment you leave the studio the video is ready and can be uploaded to any video server, including of course the Nestor Learning environment. If you want advanced options in your video, please contact AVServices for customized support. This may involve costs.

The studio is located on the second floor of the Harmonie building, opposite AVServices. The studio must be booked in advance at AVServices.

Purpose of knowledge clips

You can use knowledge clips for multiple purposes:

  • Flipped Classroom - present a part of the educational content in a video that students watch before the lecture
  • Instruction - explain / show how something works
  • Reuse - create a series of knowledge clips that students can view at any time during their studies
