Constant (Planck)

The unit kilogram (kg) is defined by fixing Planck's constant to be equal to
h = 6.626,070,15·10-34 J·s (= kg·m2 ·s-1 )
where second and meter are defined in terms of atomic clock and speed of light.
The constant is named after the German physicist Max Karl Ernst Ludwig Planck (1858 - 1947).
