The success of a PhD trajectory is closely related to selecting the best student for the project. It is in fact the most important decision you will take in the whole trajectory of the PhD. Paying close attention to the selection process will therefore pay off later. By participating in this workshop, you will get ready for the important task of selecting the best candidate for the PhD position.
