Trendy teaching pack makes school pupils enthusiastic about logistics
Professor Iris Vis’s mission is to make primary schoolchildren enthusiastic about working in logistics. She has developed an interactive teaching pack for pupils aged 11 and 12 years old. Teachers can download it for free from the website of the COPE research centre. The teaching pack, including a trendy online game, was recently officially presented at the De Wieden primary school in Zwolle.
‘I want to introduce children to this important sector and show them which great things are going on in the Netherlands in the field of logistics’, says Vis. She recently presented the teaching pack at the De Wieden primary school in Zwolle. The method was developed with financial support from Dinalog, the Dutch Institute for Advanced Logistics.
