Visualizing immune checkpoints and T cells in patients with cancer

This thesis describes the results of clinical studies using molecular imaging to visualize immune checkpoint molecules and immune cells in patients with solid tumors. These imaging results are used to improve our understanding of the anti-tumor immune response follow immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy and to assess whether these results can predict tumor response to therapy.
