Green SKHy Transnational tour of Hydrogen
From: | Mo 16-06-2025 |
Until: | Fr 27-06-2025 |
Where: | 19 June Groningen at New Energy Forum |

This year, once again the 'Tour of Hydrogen 2025' will be organised as part of the Green SKHy project, in which we are offering the general public the opportunity to find out about hydrogen, its challenges and career prospects. This is done through educational models and discussions with experts.
On 19 June 2025, Groningen will host the Transnational Tour of Hydrogen 2025, taking place during the inspiring New Energy Forum at Entrance (Zernikelaan 17).
This tour is organised by GreenSKHy, a European initiative focused on educating the public about hydrogen technologies, their challenges, and career opportunities in the energy transition.
A key highlight of the tour is the guided visit to the HydroHub MegaWatt Test Centre — one of Europe’s leading open-innovation facilities for large-scale green hydrogen electrolysis. Attendees will get an inside look at how hydrogen is being scaled for the future.
As part of the Knowledge Session of the New Energy Forum programme, don't miss the Hydrogen Session:
Hydrogen (14:15–15:15) chaired by Zuzi Kurt
Featuring two standout presentations from the University of Groningen:
-
14:15–14:25 – Chaitanya Joglekar et al.:
