In my scientific work I deal with questions of theory-practice-transfer in teacher education, as well as the question of the cultural character of practical professional knowledge of teachers. Another focus of my work lies on different heterogeneity concepts and constructs, such as multilingualism.
In this context I´m especially interested in the resulting didactic considerations and practical implications. Another focal point of research interest lies on reading skills and the stimulation of reading.
