Through her research on injury prevention in sports, students gain insights into how motor learning strategies, neurocognition, and psychosocial factors interact to improve movement quality. They learn to critically evaluate and create interventions aimed at reducing injury risk by analysing studies, reviewing intervention designs, and reflecting on methodological quality.
