Projects

The Groningen Centre for Digital Humanities hosts several larger digital humanities projects. You can find these projects and their principal investigators below.

CLARIAH

The Common Lab Research Infrastructure for the Arts and Humanities - abbreviated to CLARIAH - is a distributed research infrastructure for the humanities and social sciences. In 2016, the organisation launched a first call for proposals. The Centre for Digital Humanities currently hosts three CLARIAH research projects.

Data Science projects

In 2017, Research Innovation Support (RIS) at the Centre for Information Technology (CIT) organised an university-wide competition for data science project proposals. Four Digital Humanities projects were selected. The Centre for Digital Humanities co-funds these projects.

Digital Humanities Exploratory Projects

In 2016, the Centre for Digital Humanities invited scholars from the three Humanities faculties to submit proposals for research projects in the field of Digital Humanities.
