Geminight
On Saturday, December 13th we are hosting Geminight in the Bernoulliborg! Right at the peak of the Geminid meteor shower. The observatory will be open to anyone curious about these meteors and the stories of our Solar System. Throughout the evening there will be guided tours inside the observatory and, weather permitting, telescopes set up outside to explore the night sky. Two astronomers will give talks: at 19:30, Nick Oberg will speak in English about how asteroids can create life and take it away again, and at 21:00, Alex Hin will guide you in Dutch through the mythical stories of the Geminids.
Activities and tours are offered in both English and Dutch.
Tickets are free and available through this link.

* Flexible = depending on the weather.
