7.2 million euro government grant for Remote Learning, Digitization, Humanities and Technology in Peru
Prof. Dr Pablo Valdivia, Professor of European Culture and Literature at the University of Groningen and Laspau Fellow in University Innovation, will advise the Government of Peru on Remote Learning, Digitization, Humanities and Technology, after it was made official (3rd August 2020) by the President of Peru’s Ministry Council that Laspau (affiliated with Harvard University) won a public bid of 7.2 million of euros (30 million of soles). Prof. Dr Valdivia will advise 51 Peruvian public universities on how to improve the quality of Higher Education.
This comes as part of a Digital Strengthening Programme for Connected Public Universities, which was announced by the Peruvian government in response to the suspension of face-to-face learning to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
