NWO Smart Culture Art and Culture - question articulation new programme
On Friday 22 June, the SIA and the NWO domain of Social and Humanities will organize a meeting for the new 'Smart Culture Art and Culture' programme. Possibilities for future research for which funding can be requested in connection with this call will be jointly explored.
In general, the call offers opportunities for research into (new) forms of artistic and cultural production and organization. At the same time, developments in the creative industry can yield a harvest of empirical material that makes in-depth research possible. The position of the maker in the 21st century is central to this call.
Research proposals relate to the following disciplines: art, culture, heritage and media, and including in this call are performing arts (music and theatre), film, design, fashion, literature and architecture.
