Faculty of Arts internal deadlines upcoming summer and autumn calls

If you are planning to apply to funding schemes from NWO or the EU, please take into account that you should contact the faculty project controllers Nadja Zadorina or Hans Stavast.

The Faculty requests that all budgets for funding applications are checked by the Faculty Project Controllers and approved by the Faculty Board. This procedure is always in place for funding applications for which a host commitment letter from the University Board needs to be provided.

Because of the summer schedule of Faculty Board meetings and availability of funding support staff, applicants are requested to adhere to a schedule which you can find on Infonet. This schedule ensures that the budget is calculated and approved in time to prepare the necessary documents.
