Human Factors

The area of Human Factors and Ergonomics seeks to examine the interactions between humans and the systems that they encounter. Whether the system is the organisation they are employed within, the road system they drive on, or the machines they interact with. The overall goal is to improve the safety and health of the humans who are interacting with the system in question, while also increasing the performance of the system.
