Jackie Senior made Honorary Member of SENSE

SENSE - Society of English-Native-Speaking Editors - on the occasion of the society's 20th jubilee, Jackie Senior, who has long worked as an editor with Departments of Genetics in Groningen and Utrecht, was made an Honorary Member for her ''invaluable contribution to the quality of English ... and improvement of editing standards in the Netherlands".

She was a founding member of the society, has served terms as both treasurer and chair, and been one of the developers and teachers of the SENSE/ITV (Hogeschool Tolken en Vertalen) Editing Course in Utrecht. She has made a consistent contribution to the development of the Society for 20 years.
