Single-cell analysis

The department of Genetics has a Chromium controller (10X Genomics) that can be used for generating single-cell transcriptomics (scRNA-seq, immune profiling, CITE-seq, CRISPR screens), single-cell epigenomics (scATAC-seq), single-cell genomics, spatial transcriptomics and linked-read genomics data (https://www.10xgenomics.com/solutions/).
