Minor requirements: compulsory 10 EC; elective 20 EC;

It is also possible to do a minor in Law of 15 EC (only in block 1). See below for the relevant courses.

b. The course Introduction to Law for non-law students in block 1 and the three elective courses in block 2 represent the Dutch law perspective.

Practical information

Faculty rules with regard to lectures, exams and enrolment periods may vary per faculty. All important information can be found on the Infonet for students with the heading Studying at a different faculty (only accessible for UG students) and also in the Law Knowledgebase: This page will provide you with information about the schedule, the enrolment for courses and exams, the rules of enrolment and enrolment periods, the academic calendar, ordering readers, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: For students of the bachelor IRIO the following applies: Because the University Minor Law contains one elective course that overlaps with compulsory major components of the bachelor IRIO, IRIO students cannot choose the elective course Inleiding Politicologie/ Introduction to Political Science as part of this minor.
