Application documents

The English proficiency and GPA requirements for the pre-LLM programmes are equal to the English proficiency and GPA requirements for the LLM programmes. The exact requirements can be found here.

Students holding a Dutch University of Applied Science (HBO) degree or students holding a non-law degree from a research university in the Netherlands are not directly admissible to the LLM programmes. They need to apply directly to the pre-Master's programme in Groningen and need to submit the following documents:
- copy of ID or passport;
- (preliminary) transcript of studies;
- diploma (upon graduation);
- English proficiency test score;
- motivation letter (max. 650 words)
- curriculum vitae;
- an academic reference letter.
