Reservations flexible study places in the entire UB

19 November 2020

The study places on the 1st and 2nd floor will be available for reservation with more flexible options, just like that was already the case on the 3rd and 4th floor.

What's new?
  • Flexible timetable: the reservation is no longer tied to the half-day schedule that is used for other floors.
  • More time to study: a maximum 20 hours per week can be booked per week.
  • No interruption: you do not have to leave the premises during breaks.
  • Specific spot: students can pick a specific study place
  • Easy check-in: scan the QR code on the reserved desk.
  • Reserve in advance: the registration opens 4 days in advance.
  • Finished early? Check out and make space for fellow student.
  • No show? If you haven't checked in after 30 minutes, the reservation expires.
