Delayed pick-up for requested books from UB City Centre
At this moment, we experience technical issues concerning requested books from the closed stacks and reading rooms in the UB City Centre. Books requested through SmartCat will be ready for pick-up in Selfservice A with any delay. You will receive an e-mail as soon as the publication is ready for pick-up.
The problem will be solved as soon as possible. In the mean time:
- Books from the reading rooms: take them from the shelves personally and register them at Self service B.
The problem does not apply for books from the Zernike and CMB locations.
