Academic Advisor

Academic advisors assist students in finding solutions to any problem encountered while studying and provide information about the degree programme. They are here to help you find your way in and around your degree programme. The academic advisor is also available for assistance, in case you have questions about (the preparation for) your degree programme.

Academic advisors assist students in finding solutions to any problem encountered while studying and provide information about the degree programme. They are also available for assistance, in case you have questions about (the preparation for) your degree programme, or if you encounter personal issues: everything you discuss with your academic advisor is treated confidentially.

The academic advisor for MSc AI and MSc CCS students is Rachel van der Kaaij. She will be personally available during the Introduction lecture and can be contacted by email as well: academicadvisor.msc.ai@rug.nl. Note that she is not available during the summer holidays, from July 19 to August 15 2023. If you encounter problems or have questions during the summer, please first check our online programme information (login required) to find out how/where you can find a solution or answer.
