Education Systems and Administration

The Education Systems and Administration assists all prospective and current students, alumni and staff. On working days and during office hours, we always strive to be present with one or more people. You can visit us without an appointment (please check the contact information below for the deviations on opening hours).

The Education Systems and Administration can help all prospective, current students and alumni with matters such as:

• Requesting a certified transcript of records, statement ranking with cohort, language statement or SMT (Safe Microbiological Techniques) certificate
• a certified copy of the diploma
• Make an appointment to pick up the diploma, when doing so also fill in the diploma pick up form. This option is not possible for a student who studied Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering or Medical Pharmaceutical Sciences. Please contact your programme to make an appointment.
• Want to pick-up a diploma with a graduation date, dating back more than 5 years? Send an email to sse.fse@rug.nl to schedule an appointment.
