Faculty grants
The Faculty of Philosophy offers faculty grants to admitted students with (solely) the non-EU/EEA nationality. The grants will not fully cover all costs of the study programme and living expenses. However, it is allowed to combine different scholarships and grants.
-
We offer 2 to 3 faculty grants of €5000,- to talented non-EU/EEA students in both the MSc Philosophy, Politics and Economics and the MA Philosophy (Research) programme
-
Admitted prospective master’s degree students can apply for the Holland Scholarship
-
Teaching Assistant (TA) positions are available in the MA Philosophy (Research)
External scholarships and grants
A fair amount of governments in countries across the world provide full or partial scholarships to students pursuing a Master’s degree abroad (e.g. Indonesia (LDPD), Chile (CONICYT), Mexico (CONACYT). Having obtained a scholarship from your home country will not influence the selection procedure for any of the above mentioned grants.
