Welcome to Groningen! The Office of the Dean of Graduate Schools organizes an introductory event for new PhD students from all across the UG to get them acquainted with each other, the university and its surroundings.
This one-day event takes places in Groningen on Thursdays and starts at 9:00h and ends around 18:30h. The day will be filled with interactive workshops, presentations and group discussions. Drinks, lunch and a "borrel" (drinks and snacks) will be provided.
Participation is free. All new PhD students should preferably take part within the first six months of their project.
