Workshop on the importance of the first year, go/no go

Aim	This workshop will give insight in the importance of the first year and the steps that will lead to a go/no go decision
Intended for	(Prospect) supervisors of PhD students
Content	This workshop aims to provide insights on the importance of setting goals (about the content and the process) and how to communicate these goals and expectations in a clear way. Also the tendency to give the benefit of the doubt with the go/no go decision and its effects. Questions that will be addressed are: how to set clear expectations on the output and the process of the trajectory; how to follow the progress of your PhD in the first year; how to give feedback on concrete steps in the first year; how to deal with a difficult conversation.
