Engaging effectively with employees

Useful tools for managing psychosocial problems

As a manager, you might sometimes have to deal with difficult situations. What should you do when an employee is having personal problems, or struggling to cope with change? Are some employees experiencing a lot of (work-related) stress? What should you do if employees start dating each other? How can you protect vulnerable employees (e.g., informal carers)? How do you deal with cultural differences that cause problems in your team?

During this short half-day training course, you will learn how to have effective conversations with your employees about psychosocial problems.
