Hi I am Marjolein! This year I started studying GRL at Campus Fryslân. I chose this study mainly because of the interdisciplinary approach and the small-scale classes. But there are a lot of other reasons why I chose this study.

Together with my fellow students I live at the Kanaalstraat in Leeuwarden. In my opinion this is a perfect opportunity, especially now during COVID times, because together we have created a (big) bubble of GRL students. This way we can still interact and hang out with each other, but the chance of being infected is small.

Personally, I loved that I was able to communicate with the student who lived in my room last year, and I was even able to visit her at Kanaal and get a closer look.
