|Factors influencing students’ information sharing in nationally diverse groups||What is your feeling when discussing in a nationally diverse group? there is a tremendous nationally diversity within student population at universities, but students are reluctant to communicate or share with out-group members for being anxious and uncertain. Based on self-categorization theory and categorization-elaboration model, this research will explore the relationship between salient identities, intergroup anxiety, and the information sharing and elaboration in nationally diverse groups in international universities.||Prof. dr.
