There are many self-assessment tests that claim to answer this question, but do these actually demonstrate competence? This research will describe what interculturally competent behaviour in the field of International Business is according to professionals, and deliver a tool to assess this based on behaviour. Factors influencing students’ information sharing in nationally diverse groups What is your feeling when discussing in a nationally diverse group? there is a tremendous nationally diversity within student population at universities, but students are reluctant to communicate or share with out-group members for being anxious and uncertain. Based on self-categorization theory and categorization-elaboration model, this research will explore the relationship between salient identities, intergroup anxiety, and the information sharing and elaboration in nationally diverse groups in international universities.
