About the programme
The Social Safety programme's mission is to increase and sustainably embed social safety within the university. This involves behaviour on one hand, and procedures and systems on the other. Programme duration: 2024 to 2027.

Three goals
Specifically, these three goals have priority:
-
Initiate and promote dialogue, so that awareness grows and dilemmas become discussable.
-
Strengthen (personal) leadership, so that employees and students have more control over increasing their competences.
-
Improve the internal support structure, so that staff and students can call on a solid network of advisers and confidential advisers and a clear and transparent reporting process.
