Dialogue tables to start!

What remains unspoken in our teams, our university, our daily work? On 2 July from 3:00 to 4:30 PM, we invite you - students as well as staff - to join an open dialogue (in English) about silence, courage, and sharing what truly matters. In an intimate setting, we’ll listen to meaningful stories, harvest insights, and explore how we can create more space for openness.

The dialogue session will be hosted by Mansi Jasuja, Practitioner in residence, Participatory Leadership & Eliane Vries, Programme Social Safety support. Real dialogue is not just about talking - it’s a practice! That’s why these sessions invite you to learn by doing using simple yet powerful dialogic tools and methods. Everyone is welcome, regardless of role or experience.

Why Social Safety Dialogues?

As part of the university’s commitment to social safety, we’re inviting students and staff to join a series of monthly dialogues. Spaces where we slow down, reflect, and talk honestly about what it means to feel safe, respected, and part of a community. We believe that one of the most powerful tools we have is dialogue. Real, human, open-hearted dialogue.
