Dialogue Sessions on Social Safety
Social safety dialogues create spaces where people can speak honestly, listen deeply, and engage in conversations about differences, without fear of dismissal, attack, or silencing. In this way, dialogues deepen connections and stimulate participatory leadership. This contributes to the health and well-being of colleagues and students, thereby improving the quality of education and research.
