The timeline towards 2030 is as follows:

2026–2027: Mapping critical dependencies and launching initial pilots

2028: Testing alternatives and carrying out the first migrations

2029: Embedding digital autonomy as a standard in policies and working practices

2030: Evaluation and handover to the operational organisation
