Monitor on Female Professors: UG had 31.6% female professors by the end of 2024

The LNVH (National Network of Female Professors) presents its annual monitor on female professors. This year's good news is that the national threshold of 30% female professors was reached by the end of 2024. Specifically for the UG, the monitor reveals that the 30% threshold was broken in 2024. At the end of 2024, the UG had 31.6% female professors. Furthermore, compared to other universities, the UG showed the greatest growth. This is a good interim result and encourages us to continue working towards an even more diverse and inclusive academic climate.
