A healthy working life for young people of working age
Young people are faced with changing work and a changing labour market. All this can have an effect on their mental health. A healthy working life is important for both individuals and society. Ute Bültmann, Professor of Work and Health (UG/UMCG), was recently awarded a significant VICI grant to research the relationship between psychological health and work. In particular she is going to investigate the impact of the period before young people start work on their performance and psychological health, as well as examining the work itself and how it is combined with home life.
