Student Life
As a student at University College Groningen you will be part of a vibrant, international academic community. We have a fully equiped building where classes and other educational activities take place and all students live together in Libertas. Next to academic activities taking place at UCG, we also focus on social events and engagement outside of the classroom.
Study Association Caerus
Caerus is the young and progressive study association of the University College Groningen in the Dutch student city Groningen. Caerus brings UCG students together, as well as creating plenty of opportunities to meet other students from Groningen and the other University Colleges in the Netherlands.
We encourage students to join Caerus to benefit from social activities, such as sports events, parties, dinners and camping trips, as well as guest lectures, excursions, and skills training. Caerus also provides students the possibility of becoming socially engaged and to get discounts on study books. Become a member and join one of our many committees or create your own. Let Caerus open the doors to your full on student experience!
