1. Indicate that you are going to participate in the pitstop enrolment via our sign-up form.
2. Check whether you meet the minimum entry requirements to avoid any kind of disappointment
3. Apply through Studielink and log-in to your application in our Online Application System (OAS) once before the Open Day. You will not have to complete any steps in OAS, simply logging in once will activate your application. Our application instructions can be found here.
4. Sign up for the Open Day on Saturday 13 April
Documents to bring with you to the Open Day
- CV (in English)
- In case you have already graduated: VWO diploma with gradelist or HBO P certificate

How to prepare for the Pitstop Enrolment Day?
During the Pitstop Enrolment Day you will have a 10-minute chat with an academic staff member. Please prepare an answer to the following two questions:
- Which major or major specialisation are you interested in and why?
- What makes studying in an international and intercultural student community attractive to you and what would you like to gain from this? Give concrete examples and/or use your own personal experiences.
Should you have any questions prior to the Open Day, please contact us at newstudents.ucg@rug.nl. We hope to see you at the Open Day!
