dr. W. Westerman
During the nineties, I taught the course International Financial Management (IFM). I started to lecture Advanced Financial Management (AFM) in 1991, a masters course on management control and international finance issues that stopped in 2012. I focus in my lectures on capital budgeting, treasury management and corporate valuation. In 2012, after two decades of negligence, I became re-involved with business ethics courses.
I am currently mainly active in the bachelors courses Financial Management and Financiering A&C (both Bedrijfskunde) and the masters course International Corporate Finance. I also participate in a bachelor course on business ethics and contribute to a course on working capital management. Course descriptions can be found on the site of the faculty I work for.
I coordinated the RUG's International Financial Management Programme (2010-2015). I still supervise quite some (Pre-MSc and MSc) IFM thesises.
