I am a third-year PhD student working at the Royal Netherlands Institute for Sea Research (NIOZ). My research topic focuses on carbonate chemistry, as well as nutrient and trace metal cycling in the North Sea. My study area is the Norwegian trench where most of the water exchange takes place between the North Atlantic Ocean and the North Sea. My project is part of a large consortium, the North Sea-Atlantic Exchange Project (NoSE).
